Why We Selected This Wine
The Odyssey is an ode to the never-ending journey, to the ever-changing. To exploration, curiosity, and all that and beyond that descends from spirit into matter. To the hero's journey, seen through the aroma and taste of the Odyssey, embodying the alchemy of movement and change. It is also a memory of eternity and a point of calm in the vast world of the unknown. It is created as a unity of inseparable opposites: power and sensitivity, depth and finesse, maturity and unbridledness.
Vinification Philosophy
- It is handmade in a traditional way, by steeping in a vessel with an open cap for 72 hours.
- Fermentation is stopped by adding aged, own wine distillate.
- It is aged for 2 years in Bulgarian white oak barrels, then 2 years in glass containers.

Color: The wine has a ruby colour with tawny hues.
Nose: The nose brings berries, raisins, nuts, caramel and earthy notes.
Palate: On the palate, the wine is dense and complex, but at the same time elegant and balanced, with new and new nuances emerging and a long finish.

Snail's and porcini mushroom Pâté
