Our focus is on small Bulgarian producers, distinctive regions and wines with a clear sense of origin and style. We look for bottles with a signature of their own — not merely correct, but memorable.
Alongside them, we choose cheeses, delicacies and small flavour accents that complement the wine without overshadowing it. The aim is for every pairing to feel balanced, natural and meaningful.
We do not aim for volume, but for a meaningful selection. We prefer a clear point of view, a taste of our own and attention to detail — both in the wines we choose and in the way we present them.
