Color: The colour is pale lemon with green hints.
Nose: Even the wine is light-bodied, it is far from simple. It combines floral notes of rose and blossoms, citrus notes of lemon peel and grapefruit, subtle herbal green tones and occasional hints of peach and tropical fruit. It is an intriguing and elegant wine.
Palate: Bone dry and mineral due to the chalky soil it combines green aplles with almost salty dry finish. A house-style, defined by elegance, harmony and intriguing character. The wine is a clear expression of a distinctive terroir.
Serving: 8–10°C, decanting for 15 minutes
