Why We Selected This Wine

A wine that unites the two Burgundy varieties - Chardonnay and Aligote, but this time from vineyards around Lyaskovets. Aligote, long underestimated in Burgundy and considered secondary to Chardonnay, here shows its own character, specific also because the vineyards are over 40 years old.

Color: The wine has a pale golden color with greenish hues.
Nose: The nose reveals minerality, saltiness, honey and grassy notes, and stone fruit.
Palate: On the palate, the wine is dense and rich, with complex nuances of minerality, citrus, peach, hay, honey, and a pleasant sweetness and roundness from the acacia barrel.
Serving: 10–12°C, decanting for 15 minutes
