Why We Selected This Wine
A wine that shows the elegant handwriting of an experienced oenologist - Ekaterina Gargova. The Writer's wine series is romantic and limited and with the idea of showing a different interpretation of selected varieties, of which in this case Mavrud. This bottle is extremely rare and collectible - only 38 of it were made.

Color: The wine has a medium-intensity ruby colour with brick hues.
Nose: The nose reveals red fruits - cherry, raisins, plum marmalade, leather, pepper, spices, tobacco and chocolate.
Palate: The palate repeats the tones from the nose, hinting at complexity and finesse, firm but ripe tannins, a dense body, and a long, expressive finish.
Serving: 14–16°C, decanting for 60 minutes

Snail's and porcini mushroom Pâté
