Why We Selected This Wine
A wine that gives every year a young technologist from the University of Plovdiv the opportunity to show his talent. Every year a different student applies for Rosalea's project to vinify his own wine. Every year the wine is of different varieties. The bottles are recycled and therefore each one is different.

Nose: The nose reveals fresh red fruits - cherries and strawberries, earthy and herbal tones.
