Bloc de Foie Gras de Canard de Rois
The freshness of the wine "cuts" the fat, and the sweetness and fruity notes harmonize with the sweetness of the pate.

Snail Truffle pâté
A good choice for a deeper and velvety finish. The citrus and floral notes in the wine contrast the earthy truffle, and the acidity "cuts" the fat in the pâté.

Zaara Cow's milk cheese with herbs
The herbal and grassy notes of the wine meet the spices of the yellow cheese and complement and enhance each other. The freshness in the wine "cuts" the fat in the yellow cheese and refreshes the palate.
