Snail's and porcini mushroom Pâté
The earthy and umami flavoуrs of the porcini mushrooms and snails are complemented by the complex, slightly earthy and fruity characteristics of the wine, and the creaminess of the pâté softens the tannins.

Elena Dry Aged Pork Leg
The bite highlights the peppery and earthy character of the wine and brings a good balance between saltiness and fruitiness. The fat in the meat softens the tannins in the wine and gives it a velvety feel.

Lyutenitsa Keranitsa
The combination of notes of smokiness, toastiness, pepperiness, and delicate sweetness in the lyutenitsa highlight the same flavoуrs from the wine, soften the tannins, and create balance on the palate.
