Why We Selected This Wine

The only Bulgarian sparkling wine made by the classic method, aged in the Magura cave for a minimum of 36 months. NV Chardonnay, showing the style and character of Blanc de Blanc with depth of flavours, complexity and impressive length of the finish.

  • NV, similar to Champagne, is a blend of reserve wines from different vintages.

Color: The wine has a rich golden flavour.
Nose: The nose reveals aromas of green apple, pear and notes of white flowers, caramel, nuts, cream mousse and brioche.
Palate: On the palate, the wine is rich and full-bodied, complex, but also fresh and well-balanced with a long finish.
Serving: 6–8°C
