Why We Selected This Wine
Rubin is a variety created by crossing Syrah and Nebbiolo. It has enormous potential and noble development. Its expression from northern terroir can be much purer, more refined and delicate and to some extent more complex compared to that from southern climate. It is this difference that we want to show by choosing two Rubins from two different parts of Bulgaria in the Sip'n Bite selection.

Color: The wine has a medium-intense ruby coloуr with tawny shades.
Nose: The wine has a rich fruity aroma of cherries, tertiary development with spicy notes, smokiness, leather and graphite.
Palate: On the palate, complexity is distinguished by the recurring flavours on the nose, velvety tannins, medium body, and a charming finish.
Serving: 14–16°C, decanting for 30 minutes
