Nose: The wine has an elegant, fresh aroma of yellow fruits, with hints of honeyed pear, indriche, acacia and sweet vanilla, delicate smokiness and minerality that persist until the finish.
Palate: On the palate, there is a distinct minerality, with stylish fruit accents, white elderberry and airy freshness.
Serving: 10–12°C, decanting for 15 minutes
