Why We Selected This Wine
A local Bulgarian variety that is increasingly successfully grown and established in the Black Sea region. Here it builds its own identity with more elegance, complexity and delicacy. This makes it not only a desirable summer wine surprise, but also a pleasant companion to both Asian cuisine and local specialties and many other traditional Bulgarian dishes.

Color: The colour is pale golden with green hints.
Nose: The wine shows pronounced floral and citrus aromas, herbs, and minerality.
Palate: On the palate, the wine offers expressive aromas of rose, white flowers, white peach, herbs - basil, elderberry, citrus notes - grapefruit and orange peel, with a finish hinting at minerality and freshness.
Serving: 10–12°C, decanting for 15 minutes
