Why We Selected This Wine

Bulgarian Sauvignon Blanc is usually different from both the French and New Zealand styles. Here in the Northeastern region, thanks to the cool climate and the influence of the Black Sea breeze, an authentic terroir style has developed, close to the French. It is completely different from other Sauvignon Blanc wines from other regions of Bulgaria.

Color: The wine has a pale lemon colour with green hints.
Nose: The nose reveals a complex profile of citrus, herbal and grassy notes, minerality and white peach.
Palate: The palate brings freshness, lightness, but also complexity of fruity, mineral and herbal notes. A wine that has potential for development, hinting at the complex accumulation in the high temperature amplitudes between day and night, characteristic of the region.
Serving: 10–12°C, decanting for 15 minutes
