Why We Selected This Wine
Jarava Arinarnoa is a distinctive wine crafted from the rare Arinarnoa grape variety, grown in the maritime terroir of North-eastern Bulgaria near the Black Sea. Produced in small batches by a boutique winery, it reveals deep coloуr, rich dark-fruit aromas, firm structure, and remarkable complexity. The variety is believed to be a cross between Merlot and Petit Verdot, but other genetic tests have shown that the parents are Cabernet Sauvignon and Tannat. The variety is not widely distributed in either France or Southeastern France.
Vinification Philosophy
