Why We Selected This Wine

The wine is from a hybrid variety created at the Institute in Pleven from a cross between the varieties Hamburski Misket and Villar Blanc. Relatively rare and planted only in the Pleven region.

Color: The wine has a pale lemon colour with green hues.
Nose: The nose reveals floral, mineral and citrus notes, supported by ripe apple, pear and stone fruit - peach.
Palate: The palate repeats the aromas from the nose. Mineral tones meet fresh acids and are beautifully balanced in a long and juicy fruity finish.
Serving: 10–12°C, decanting for 15 minutes
