Why We Selected This Wine

Black Sea Elixir is a hybrid variety created by crossing Misket with orange blossom and Dimyat. It was officially registered as an independent variety in 1977. Currently, Divinex is the only Bulgarian winery that vinifies the variety from its own vineyards near the village of Lesichevo.

Color: The wine has a pale lemon colour with green hues.
Nose: The nose reveals floral, mineral and citrus notes, supported by ripe apple and stone fruit - peach.
Palate: The palate repeats the aromas from the nose. Mineral tones meet fresh acids and are beautifully balanced in a long and juicy fruity finish.
Serving: 8–10°C, decanting for 15 minutes
