Why We Selected This Wine
A different Burgundian interpretation of a traditional Bulgarian variety, typical of North-eastern Bulgaria, highlighting its Premium potential. This wine is а proof that a different approach can bring more structure and concentration of flavoуrs and aromas without losing the typical elegance and expression of the terroir.

- Planting density - 8000 vines per hectare, Gobelet formation
- Massal selection
- Nutrient-poor limestone soils combined with ancient marine fossil remains
- Eastern exposure of the vineyards, capturing the delicate morning sun and avoiding the extreme afternoon heat

- Ageing 12 months in 1200 l French foudres

Nose: The nose begins with the producer's typical minerality, going into a subtle smokiness, and alternating with notes of honey, pear, white peach, citrus notes, and white flowers.
Palate: The palate is overwhelmed by freshness and floral notes, but towards the finish, you can feel the structure and density, the ripeness of the fruit, and the complexity of this incredible wine.
Serving: 10–12°C, decanting for 15 minutes
