A different Burgundian interpretation of a traditional Bulgarian variety, typical of North-eastern Bulgaria, highlighting its Premium potential. This wine is а proof that a different approach can bring more structure and concentration of flavoуrs and aromas without losing the typical elegance and expression of the terroir.
