Why We Selected This Wine
Wine, produced with grapes from organically grown vineyards and biodynamic technological practices. The result is an expressive and distinctive fruity style and a strong reflection of the terroir. This places it among the unique and authentic wines from Bulgaria with its own individual character.

- Planting density - 8000 vines per hectare, Gobelet formation

- Nutrient-poor limestone soils combined with ancient marine fossil remains
- Eastern exposure of the vineyards, capturing the delicate morning sun and avoiding the extreme afternoon heat

Color: The wine has a dark ruby colour.
Nose: On the nose, you can feel the producer's leading minerality, sweet cherry, spiciness, smokiness, earthy notes and plum.
Palate: On the palate, the aging in amphoraс defines the terroir character and varietal distinctiveness, while the contact with oak adds density, integrated tannins and depth of flavoуrs. Refinement, purity and elegance are woven into a complex combination.
