Why We Selected This Wine

The wine is a rare combination not only in Bulgaria, but also in the world. Marsellan is a red wine variety, created as a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache Noir in 1961 in France, is a successful substitute for its parent in this triple blend. Marselan brings colour, density and structure to the wine, Merlot -juicy fruit, and Cabernet Franc - floral notes and pepperiness. The result of this combination is a distinctive and rare terroir wine with a complex character.

Nose: Extremely complex nose with earthy notes, pepper, berries, plum, blackcurrant, chocolate.
Palate: The aromas from the nose are repeated on the palate. There is a sense of fruity juiciness, density, structure, spiciness and a long finish.
