Why We Selected This Wine
The first collection matured to the sounds of the immortal works of Ludwig van Beethoven. Their powerful charge poured into every drop of the nascent wine and turned it into the world's first Vitalized wine. In its bottled development, Vitalized wine continued to shape its unique qualities with a bouquet of aromas and flavors. The bottles from the first collection have a platinum coating, which protects against external wave effects for a long period of time. Each bottle is numbered and has collector's value.
Vinification Philosophy
- Limited yields up to 3.5 tons per hectare
- 12 months aging in old French oak barrels
- Vitalization is a process of prolonged exposure to sound waves, introduced directly into the wine, so as to change the structure and emission spectrum of the molecules in the drink.
- Wine, accompanied in this way by specially selected classical music, multiplies its qualities and its positive impact on the human body.
- In a separate soundproof room, a selected selection of wine, made from quality, well-ripened grapes, matures for several months /from 3 to 12/ to the sounds of classical music.
- The serious research and engineering work of the Balar team in the field of hydroacoustics led to the development of special sensors and devices that convert the electrical signal into a mechanical wave, the idea being to track what should be “heard” and “received” by the water in the composition of the wine.
- By balancing the engineering devices, the wave potential of the sound is directed precisely at the liquid in the barrels, avoiding the tendency of the sound to give its potential to the environment.

Pairings from Sip ’n Bite
Curated gourmet pairings that highlight the wine's profile and structure — available for takeaway and tasting at Sip ’n Bite

Green cheese
An intense and salty accent that sits well with the fruity and structured red profile and makes the tannins feel soft and velvety. The acidity in the wine refreshes and balances the fats.

Snail's and porcini mushroom Pâté
The earthy and umami flavoуrs of the porcini mushrooms and snails are complemented by the complex, slightly earthy and fruity characteristics of the wine, and the creaminess of the pâté softens the tannins.

Lamb sausage
Highlights the wine’s spice notes and creates a balanced interplay of savoуry and fruit. The fat in the sausage softens the tannins in the wine and gives it a velvety feel.
