Why We Selected This Wine
An unusual blend not only for Bulgaria, but also in the world. Two of the most rarely used and least planted Bordeaux varieties, which find their home in the vineyards of the village of Skalitsa near the town of Yambol. Petit Verdot - the latest ripening Bordeaux variety, gives density, color and structure, and Carmenere - the variety better known in Chile adds herbal notes, dark fruits and softness to the blend.

Color: The wine has a deep ruby colour.
Nose: The nose is extremely complex with intense berries - blackberry, blueberry; raisins, dark chocolate, dried herbs.
Palate: Оn the palate, the wine is full-bodied and structured, with firm but well-integrated tannins. There is a captivating fruitiness mixed with notes of plum marmalade, dark chocolate, mocha and a pleasant bitterness on the finish. A wine with long aging potential.
Serving: 14–16°C, 60 - 120 minutes decanting
