About the Event
We are opening the autumn season at Sip ’n Bite – Sofia Wine Spot with a special joint tasting in partnership with @Cellar 52.
The focus is on the Aligoté variety – a classic Burgundian grape finding new and exciting expressions in Bulgaria. This tasting coincides perfectly with its harvest season during the warm and pleasant days of September.
We will explore how this variety develops across different Bulgarian terroirs and varying vine ages, contrasted with a classic Bourgogne Aligoté, provided by our partners at Cellar 52.
