Zaara Cow's milk cheese with figs
The floral and nutmeg notes of the Tamyanka enhance the honeyed and fruity nuances of the figs. The acidity of the wine meets the fat of the yellow cheese and refreshes the palate. The figs bring a delicate sweetness to the taste, which adds to the density and aroma of the wine.

Green cheese
An intense and salty accent that sits well with the fruity and structured red profile and makes the tannins feel soft and velvety. The acidity in the wine refreshes and balances the fats.

Snail Truffle pâté
A good choice for a deeper and velvety finish. The citrus and floral notes in the wine contrast the earthy truffle, and the acidity "cuts" the fat in the pâté.
